Guide to the Retreat Programme

Friday - Day 1

2pm onwards Check in and induction
4–5.30pm Introduction to yoga and pranayama (breathing techniques)
6.30pm Dinner
9.00–10pm Pranayama/meditation/relaxation.

Saturday - Day 2

7.30–9.00am Yoga/pranayama/chanting/meditation/relaxation
9.30am Breakfast
10.30am–4pm Free time
4.30–6pm Yoga/pranayama/chanting/relaxation
6.30pm Dinner
9.30–10.00pm Relaxation

Sunday - Day 3

7.30–9.00am Yoga/pranayama/chanting/meditation/relaxation
9.30–10.30am Breakfast
10.30–11.30am Closing session for those leaving that afternoon
10.30am–4pm Free time
4.30–6pm Yoga/pranayama/chanting/relaxation
6.30pm Dinner
9.30–10.00pm Relaxation

Monday - Day 4

7–8.30am Yoga/pranayama/chanting/meditation/relaxation
9–10am Breakfast
10–11am Closing session.

Please note: This programme is flexible and can be adjusted to the needs of the group.

What to bring

You will need loose, comfortable clothing, e.g. tracksuit bottoms, tee shirts, sweaters etc. No footwear is required for the yoga sessions. All equipment will be provided, however, if you prefer, feel free to bring your own yoga mat.
